Ali'i in Hawaiian means "king", and there is none more majestic than this villa! Not only is Lanikai Ali'i on prime beachfront, it sits on a large property with two large yards streetside and oceanside, and includes a an ionized pool and Jacuzzi.

The architecture of the house and the pool is exquisite: all of the downstairs living areas open out to the pool and the beach with beautiful sliding doors. There is a stainless steel BBQ and beachside dining area as well as plenty of comfortable deck furniture to lounge on.

Apart from the architecture and amenities, it is the details that make this house exquisite, including blue marble, a large saltwater aquarium in the dining area and a master bedroom lounging area that opens out to a beachside balcony. The house boasts a media room with a baby grand piano.

The spacious master bedroom is sure to make any guest feel relaxed, complete with its en-suite master bathroom with walk-in shower and a bathtub designed to have a particular ocean and sky vantage point. There is also a balcony that opens onto the mountain-view courtyard. Guests will find another spacious master bedroom upstairs, as well as two other bedrooms. The house's fifth bedroom is located downstairs.

  Lanikai is a famous beach neighborhood in the islands, known for its white sand beach and shallow turquoise waters protected by the reef out by Mokulua Islands closeby. It is only a walk away from world famous Kailua beach - where you can swim in more turquoise shallow waters, take walks on the long stretch of white sands, or learn to kite surf, windsurf, surf, paddle board, or kayak to the Mokuluas. There is something for absolutely everybody at Kailua beach - also Kailua town. Every kind of food from Indian and Moroccan to Italian and Vegan.
