Additional Information 15 miles east of Honolulu, the Kailua-Lanikai community has small town ambiance with grocery stores, small local shops, casual restaurants, several golf courses, tennis courts, and a world famous golden sand swimming beach. Honolulu, with Pearl Harbor, an international airport, famous Waikiki Beach, historical buildings, beach front restaurants, art museums, parks, zoo, Chinatown, world-class shopping, concert halls, theatres, and adult entertainment is just 20-30 minutes away via an elevated super highway. Hanauma Bay, famous for snorkelling and scuba diving, Sandy Beach, the monster waves of the Northshore, paved bike paths, and other scenic destinations are a pleasant drive from the Paul Mitchell Estate. Except for the Christmas/New Year holidays, the estate can be rented as a 5 bedroom, 7 bath property (excludes the two-bedroom guest apartment) with a 7 night minimum stay requirement. NOTE: the guest apartment is never made available as a separate rental. INQUIRE
